Rafael Lovato Jr Dominates at Bellator 181 (plus interview!)

In what was to be assured as another phenomenal performance by Rafael Lovato Jr in his second Bellator MMA fight at Winstar World Casino, in his home state of Oklahoma, he absolutely did not disappoint. Only after a minute & a half into the first round against the very game opponent in Mike Rhodes, Rafael Lovato Jr set up a strong single leg attempt off of a body kick that was quickly countered by Rhodes, but the composure of Lovato Jr was shown as he made a quick transition to a standing back clinch with a deep half guard sweep. Rhodes attempting to fight off the position by moving to the cage was shortly lived as Lovato Jr made quick work getting to the back position where he was able to secure his second Bellator fight victory via RNC!

A beautiful display of jiu jitsu was finally shown to the Bellator Nation by Rafael Lovato Jr after a lightning quick Bellator debut that ending with striking. We look forward to what is next for Lovato Jr on his MMA journey who is now 6 - 0, with 6 finishes!
